Peace. ✌️

FINDING INNER PEACE. 
-Stop and listen to the sounds around you. Give your mind a break from thinking. It doesn't always need to do this. 
-Get Compassionate. Connect to others. Sen out positive energy. 
-Visualisation. When you feel upset, imagine yourself in a place that makes you feel really happy and relaxed. 
-Affirmations, repeat sayings and phrases that make you feel good about yourself.
I accept myself I love myself and I forgive myself for the things I did not know until I learnt. :)
-Breathing exercises. :) 
-Think about everything you are happy and grateful for. :)

Spirituality is about personal transformation about becoming the person you want to be...
To awaken the discovery of our spirit.
Finding happiness with in ourselves, to find comfort in the person we are.
To never feel alone
To feel completely at ease,
Te get stressed less. 
Sleep better,
Relaxed and balanced body
Appreciation and contentment. 
Self love and self Acceptance. 
Positive and constructive outlook on the your own world. 

You need to be balanced emotionally, mentally and physically. 
1. Understand that you do need a reason to feel happy. You can just be happy, you can look for the positives in everything and let yourself feel happy about anything. 
2. Make choice to be happy. 
3. Release your negative thoughts and emotions. 
4. Show gratitude and appreciation.
5. Listen to upbeat and happy music everyday. :) and Dance. 
6. Laugh and smile more.
7. Do quick mood boosters overtime you are feeling low, such as meditating going for a run or a visualisation technique. 
8. Look after yourself, and relax, your body as well as your mind. 
9. Stay positive and optimistic. 
10. Rid your stress and anxiety.
11. Follow your heart instead of your head all the time. You don't always need to be logical, use your imagination to find a logical and peaceful place. 
12. Trick your mind. When you get in a negative mood, it is easy to focus on negative thoughts, come up with a more realistic and upbeat out come, bring it back around to the positive.
