Dessert, good or bad.

I have been reading about habits to break, coming soon.
Anyway I came across something that I knew I had to share, one habit that is recommended you stop doing is skipping dessert. 
Yup I know, a habit is to stop skipping it, recent information has shown that people who skip dessert feel deprived. The feeling of deprivation will cause you to over eat and find some thing, usually more detrimental to do instead. 
So, stop skipping dessert.
