Motivating the unmotivated.

Things to do when you really aren't motivated to do it.
-Have one goal, stops you from having to much going on in your life, when you feel over whelmed choose one thing you want to get done.
-Find inspiration.
-Get excited.
-Build anticipation. Seems really strange, give yourself time to get excited about the goal.
-Commit publicly, You post it online, so everyone knows what you are doing and you get excited about it.
-Think about your long term goal daily.
-Get support.
-Stick with it
-Start small.
-Build from small successes.
-Read about things daily.
-Think of the benefits not the difficulties.
-Squash negative thoughts.
