Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect, it means you have chosen to look past the imperfections.
Keeping it short and sweet. :)
- Learn to enjoy the present moment, every present moment, by appreciating what you have in front of you and how you measure the good things.
- Search for reasons to be happy. Yeah its not always obvious but it doesn't mean its not always there.
- Letting yourself feel happy. Sometimes you forget to just be happy, it is actually really good for you health wise.
- Notice and appreciate the small details.
- Everyday is new opportunity a fresh start and it can be better then the last day.
- You are who you want to be.
-Being embarrassed, To get something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done. Just put yourself out there and let yourself change.
Remember; you are not what happens to you, you choose who you become.
