I talk a lot about meditation but I never actually talk but how you meditate, there are lots of great ways to start off meditating. They are simple fun and obviously relaxing.
get into a comfortable position, that can be anything you want, and try anyone of these.
-Breathing in and out 100 times, just being calm and letting it seep through you. Try not to think about anything but your counting and your breathing.
- A meditation nap, essentially you lie down in a comfortable position and think of nothing. You will probably fall asleep.
- Set a timer, and meditate, stil focusing only on your breathing with out thinking about anything out.
- You can use CD,
- Ensure you are comfortable.
- See it as a reward.
- Start small if you are unsure, just do ten breaths, or time for one minute.
It is okay if your mind wanders, it will at first if you notice it wandering just shift your focus back on to your breathing, you will find it easier and easier each time.
